Prof. Resat Ulusay, Chair of the ISRM Commission on Testing Methods and the Chairs of the Rock Dynamics Commission, Prof. Yingxin Zhou and Kaiwen Xia, have announced that the “ISRM Suggested Method for Determining the Rate-Dependent Shear Strength and Mode II Fracture Toughness of Rock Materials Using the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar” has been published in Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering (RMRE).
